You’re going to have to be more specific on which meditation you’re talking about. From just a cursory Google search, it sounds like more New Age nonsense.
I think this is the second time you’ve posted about the Catholicity of some dubious devotion you’ve found on the internet. I suggest you go to a good Catholic store, online or in person, and invest in a couple books. Fraternity Press is one such site:
