I read somewhere that some people pray the Angelus, and the Regina Coeli during the Easter season (till Pentecost). Do you pray it ,and if so, at what time? Is it supposed to be at noon?? Are there churches that do it too?

Is there any specific way to pray it?

Just wondering 🙂

thanks!

God bless~

Yes ma’am, the Regina Coeli is prayed from Easter Sunday to Pentacost Sunday, on the same schedule that the Angelus is prayed the rest of the year. Which is 6 a.m., 12 noon and 6 p.m. If you can’t do them all, then the noon prayer is the most important one to keep, traditionally.

The Regina Coeli is prayed like this:
Queen of Heaven rejoice, alleluia,
For He whom you merited to bear, alleluia,
Has risen as He said, alleluia;
Pray to God for us, alleluia.
V. Rejoice and be glad, O Virgin Mary, alleluia.

R. Because the Lord is truly risen, alleluia.

Let us pray—O God, who by the Resurrection of Thy Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, granted joy to the whole world: grant, we beg Thee, that through the intercession of the Virgin Mary, His Mother, we may obtain the joys of everlasting life. Through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.
(Obviously if you’re praying it on your own then you say both the V. and R. parts.) 🙂
