Angelus: Arguably easier to follow along in the Mass because it has the Priest’s actions in red as well as instructions (sit, stand, kneel, etc). I believe that it may not be as comprehensive as the Baronius in terms of additional material.
Baronius: More comprehensive (I think?) as far as prayers specific to various locations (England and Wales, USA, etc). But potentially harder to follow and a bit larger overall.
I believe both missals cost about the same, and it really comes down to personal preference. I have a Baronius but I received it as a gift, so there wasn’t a whole lot of choice involved.

My only complaint was that it was a bit harder to follow initially but after I got used to marking the appropriate portions, it wasn’t an issue. Take a look at both if you have a Catholic bookstore nearby and then choose what you like.
Edit: You asked about durability. I’ve had my Baronius for about 4 years now and it still looks nice despite living in my car a lot of the time and being stuffed with various leaflets and holy cards.

It has gold leaf pages which have gotten some marks on them (looks like water spots) but the cover is in good shape. I think the Angelus has the red pages (?) which may be less prone to marking but I’m not really sure.
