Annulment - Marriage and Pre Cana

I know someone with a convalidated marriage who wants to seek annulment - with one grounds being the fact that him and his spouse not only did not attend pre cana but he pretended he did when talking to the priest before the convalidation.

I don’t believe this is sufficient grounds - am I wrong?
