If one marries in the church ONLY to gain access to the sacraments,
Is that possible grounds for annulment?

Hello,If one marries in the church ONLY to gain access to the sacraments,
Is that possible grounds for annulment?
Your question is confusing. Are you talking about a couple that would have preferred a civil ceremony but chose to have their marriage in the Church in order to not be in an invalid marriage and hence not disposed to receive the Sacraments? If one marries in the church ONLY to gain access to the sacraments,

I believe the OP is referring to a couple in an invalid marriage who seeks con-validation only to once again access the sacraments.Your question is confusing. As your question seems to need a lot more details, I would ask you, what other reasons are there for marrying in the Church? Perhaps that is a place to start. If one marries in the church ONLY to gain access to the sacraments,

I am assuming that this is a question about a new marriage, or a simple or retroactive convalidation. Yes, that is a good reason to be married validly, as long as the consent is valid and there are no undispensed impediments. If ONLY means with invalid consent, then it is grounds for annulment. If one marries in the church ONLY to gain access to the sacraments,
