I would like to have my husband receive Anointing of the Sick, as he has what the doctors believe will be a life long dependence on pharmaceuticals for a brain injury.
DH is non-Catholic. Would he still be able to receive this sacrament?
 
You should speak to a priest about this.

There are circumstances in which a non-Catholic can receive a Sacrament, presuming the person is baptized.
