Can someone define the difference between Jesus being present in the Blessed Sacrament and the written word of God and Jesus being present in the people of God?

In the Eucharest He is Physically Present just as He was after His Resurrection. It is the same Resurrected Body and Blood you receive in Communion as was present after the Resurrection. He is present in the Scriptures in His Revealed Truth. In the people of God he is present in that they bear His Love and Grace in their hearts and souls. This is a real spiritual presence similar to that which He has with His Father and the Holy Spirit. Can someone define the difference between Jesus being present in the Blessed Sacrament and the written word of God and Jesus being present in the people of God?

Thanks Linus, forgive me but this part of your post “In the people of God he is present in that they bear His Love and Grace in their hearts and souls. This is a real spiritual presence similar to that which He has with His Father and the Holy Spirit.” doesn’t sound right to me either. I was hoping to get some more feed back here. A while back I had a very import question regarding a sensitive topic and received wonderful replies. I hope that others will comment. In the Eucharest He is Physically Present just as He was after His Resurrection. That’s the way I see it.

God is present wherever his power operates, That means we are literally surrounded by the ontological presence of God’s Being. That would mean all three persons of the Trinity are " present " to all things, from the microscopic to he macroscopic. However, in the Community of Baptized believers he is present in an effective and affective manner, because he is actively working in our souls because of sanctifing grace. That is why we are called the " Body of Christ. " Not his physical or spiritual body of course. It is a kind of metaphore explaining that we are doing the work of Christ through the instrumentality of his spiritual presence in our souls and our cooperation with his grace…Thanks Linus, forgive me but this part of your post “In the people of God he is present in that they bear His Love and Grace in their hearts and souls.
