I prayed today for fewer hours at work because I want to be with my children more. But I also asked for the same pay as we need the money.
Five minutes later my supervisor called to say she is cutting my hours by a day a week. “You’ll be happy to have more time with your family, I know,” she said.
Okay. my first reaction is panic. Second is, God must be up to something. I hope I’m smart enough to see what it is!
I’d appreciate any suggestions as to how to continue to pray. I think I know, but you-all always come up with excellent ideas.
