Anti Muslim riots in Sri Lanka after Easter Sunday Blasts

This is a sad video which shows an innocent Muslim severely attacked in Sri lanka by a mob very recently. This man might not have any connection with ISIS or any Islamic Terrorist group. Why do some people kill innocent or moderate humans as retaliation to works of a handful terrorists?? ( I think Reverend priests of this forum would condemn this type of ethnic Brutality!)

The Archbishop of Colombo constantly urged people not to seek revenge. Unfortunately, people don’t listen. Nor do they listen to the words Jesus spoke and written by the apostles.

And I’ve heard some Sinhalese Buddhists are using the Easter attacks as pretext to target Muslims in the last few days.

Sadly, it’s an instinct in humans to place blame on people regardless of innocence because of who they associate.

Yes it is a sad video, Ransri…I do not have the answers as to why this is going on in our world. We are all brothers and sisters, loved and created by God. Yet sadly innocent blood will continue to spill and at the hands of ones who have hatred in their hearts. I can pray everyday that this will end, ask God to look at His children and bring peace and mercy to their hearts. I hope others do the same.God bless and keep you close Ransri.
