He might have proper antiphons for Vespers II and Lauds and a second reading and repsonry in the LotH Latin edition but given the date he was canonised, they may not have been translated into English. I usually use the Common of Pastors for Vespers and Lauds.
Just to note: it appears from your post that Padre Pio a solemnity on your local ordo- in which case his Vespers will indeed take precedence over First Vespers for Sunday. But if it is a Feast, he will not have First Vespers and First Vespers of Sunday will be said in place of Second Vespers of St. Pio.
