Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now
and at the hour of our death. Amen

You are in my prayers. I have suffered anxiety too sometimes in my life.
God is always with you and in Control.

From St. Teresa of Avila, the first woman Doctor of the Church:

Let nothing disturb you,
Let nothing frighten you,
All things are passing away,
God never changes
Patience obtains all things.
Whoever has God lacks nothing.
God alone suffices.

Also, read John 14:27 Where Jesus Himself says,
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give it to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled or afraid.”

Keep yourself busy and not focused on what is causing you anxiety. Everytime it pops into your mind, read the Holy Scripture and ask St. Teresa to help you. Peace be with you.

2 Cor. 4:16-18: “Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”
Psalm 27:8: “My heart says of you, ‘Seek his face!’ Your face, Lord, I will seek.”
