Any advice on how to grow in faith, deal with scrupulosity, make a good confession, speak with an atheist, deal with deomonic attacks and temptations, act around sinful friends etc. etc. Anything that has ever helped you or others spirituality would be great.🙂

Thats alot. But a devotion to Jesus through Mary as per St. Louis DeMontfort’s writings has helped me. A daily rosary to follow. Scruples? St. Faustina’s writings can help on this one as well. Tim

Get a spiritural director.

Read books about/by the saints; An Introduction to the Devout Life is a good place to start (by St. Francis deSales).

Read bible daily, or as often as possible.

Receive sacraments regularly, and as often as possible.

Pray daily.

Scrupulosity: Read Understanding Scrupulosity by Fr. Thomas Santa (he has another book coming out in March - you can preorder it on Amazon.com); read newsletters from Scrupulosity Anonymous.

I have made it a point to pray at least one rosary a day and am often turnig to verses and chapters in the Bible. I hope to better my understanding of my faith and share it with those I care about, though it may be a bit hard since some seem a bit unwilling.

Here’s what works for me. I am a voracious reader of anything apologetic. Even my car is tuned onto Catholic radio. You can listen to it online even. Relevant Radio or Ave Maria Radio etc. if you do not have it available in your area.

I also go to daily mass. I cannot express how much that has changed my life. It is a total different feeling than just Sunday mass which is what we should be doing anyway. But by attending this very personal mass, I am strengthened to do things I never thought I was capable of. I listen to what God is leading me to do.

Keep praying! Always! Before you make a decision, before you start your day, your work at home or with your employer, pray with your family and finally when you end your day, in thanksgiving for all that you received this day. It works!.
