This forum used to have several priests frequent it, and sometimes a deacon or two. Where has the clergy gone? šŸ˜‰

Depends whether you mean Roman Catholic Priest or just Priest šŸ˜ƒ

I somehow think you mean a Roman Catholic Priest.

What if the personā€™s last name is ā€œpriestā€ and s/he happens to be Roman Catholic?

I think most of us are still here. We tend to hang out on the Liturgy and Sacraments forum. One popular RCP, that posted often, moved and does not have a way to log on.

God bless,
Deacon Tony:wave:

Iā€™m still around a little bit. We are starting a big building project in one of my parishes. Between that, and traveling and having a parish mission, Iā€™ve not been around a lot. (I do try to answer my private messages though)

Iā€™ve been popping in on the Junkies thread, but not getting much else done as Iā€™ve been away from the computer during the day and too tired to do much reading/typing in the evenings.

Nice to see you still around Father šŸ˜‰

I meant to ask you once, shortly before the crash I think, about the coat of arms on your signature. Iā€™m fascinated with geneology. You wouldnt mind taking the time to explain it to me one of these days?

The company who did the final touch up of the design was suppose to do a blazon for me as well, but they never got it done.

Here is a quick run down

Single tassel represents a parish priest.

The blue stands for loyalty. The lion comes from the old McDowell coat of arms, the Fluer de lius represents my work with the scouts and the trinity. I threw in the Jerusalem cross just to help ad some balance.

The motto = ā€œWith Godā€™s Helpā€

Very nice šŸ‘

And an interesting piece. I wish my family still had records of geneology šŸ˜ƒ

Give me oh, 6-7 years, then Iā€™ll be a priestā€¦(unless I meet a pretty girl:D )
