Does anyone have any ideas for some 30-day life challenges? Here are a few.
- Stop watching TV/using social media
- Try eating vegan/vegetarian
- Try spending 30 minutes outside appreciating nature
- Try learning a new language/skill
- Try writing a novel/poetry/or journal
- Try reading the entire Bible.
- Try cooking dinner for your whole family
- Write a letter to a different person everyday and mail it to them.
- Only say or do positive things for everyone you know.
- Meditate/pray everyday for 20 minutes.
- Wake up at 5 am
- Hang out with someone you usually don’t talk to or know very well.
