Any Latin Mass Non-Profits in the USA?

Hey my brothers and sisters of the Traditionalists Catholicism,
I’d like to get some opinion and feedback from the very best! Just wanted to know if there are any non-profit organizations out there the specifically has an outreach to provide resources for a Latin Mass?

A lot of us homeschool our children from media. The pope says that we as a laity are free to express our spiritual needs and having a traditional reverent setting of worship is important for us.

It’s already hard enough to attend an adoration holy hour without being interrupted by talking people within the sanctuary. A Sunday Mass of this liberal order is even worst when the choir women dance provocatively.
 
I know of sanctamissa.org/en/ by the Canons Regular of St. John Cantius. Also, The Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter has resources (ex. here and here), and so does the Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest (ex. here).

There’s probably more around. 🙂

What exactly does this mean?

To what “liberal order” do you refer? Where in the name of heaven are “choir women dancing provocatively”???

Perhaps he refers to teaching kids about the Mass and in general about the treasures of the Catholic liturgy. Which is why he is inquiring about media and resources regarding the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite - that’s the original post.

And perhaps he refers to the kind of *liberal order *manifested when at the end of the average Mass people rush out of Church while others gather around the pews chitchatting about worldly affairs. We all see that happens, and some of us are hurt by it.

As for the dancing choir women, that’s a bit strange…haven’t seen that around (yet)…but if he mentions it, it means he saw it somewhere 🤷 Of course, if we had an old-style schola cantorum - or if we were blessed, as I’ve been in the past, to have a choir of nuns, then these odd things would not happen 😦

Hi Dixie,
A lot of the Traditionalist Catholics are now homeschooling their children mainly due to media. These are the types of family who doesn’t allow their children to watch television, view the internet and such. I’d like to emphasize that not all Traditionalists catholic families have this rule in place. But media/internet/entertainment simply has a negative connotation to it.

Well in this day and age the word “dancing provocatively” may mean something that is normal for our secular brethrens! For example, this video right here, is deemed provocate by the Traditionlists group at my state. I was ignorant to know the rules that sleeveless dresses weren’t allowd in the Traditional Latin Mass in the Extraordinary Form. I had removed it under a request from the official LMSociety.com.

Hey RC, thank you for your support!

I’m by no means trying to impose my beliefs and ways over others! I’m simply stating that it’s hard to get a reverent prayer time even at our own Church - the place of worship in this day and age. There’s too much noise! And we can only hear the voice of God in silence. Though I want to clarify that I am guilty of committing those actions so I’m by no means proclaiming myself self-righteous. In fact I actually take photographs during Mass and I could see some of the parishioners quite offended. The point I’m trying to emphasize that there should be some sort of “paradise” zone to allow our citizens of Heaven to retreat into silence and pray. To hear the voice of God.

I’d hate labels as wells! Rather than calling someone traditionalists or liberal - we are all one body in Christ.

What I want to provide is some sort of Oasis to those people who have a need to be spiritually fulfilled with the Traditions of the Church without getting mixed up with the secularism.
 
Hi you can also look up The St. Vincent Ferrer Foundation based out of El Paso Tx.

Get in touch, we have a group of people who are fighting for the TLM to be offered in our diocese. 🙂
