Both the Eastern Orthodox and the SSPX have valid Eucharists.

The Pope’s recent letter passed responsibility for reconciliation to the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith. Since he speaks of consultation with its annual Plenary Session, we can assume that it could take a few years before things are resolved (which would be absolutely lightning-fast in Vatican terms).
