I don’t know enough about your specific case to form any opinion. You should go back to your pastor and ask him specifically about Radical Sanation, explaining the situation with your husband. Then you can also seek the help of a canon lawyer through the diocese.
 
THank you everyone for your (name removed by moderator)ut. I contacted my priest, armed with "radical sanation"and he said it was a possibility and he would check with the cannon lawyer today and get back with me.😃
