Any Saints known for handing out crosses?

I thought someone once said that St Anthony handed out crosses but I could not find any information on that except that he carried a cross. Are any of the Saints known to have handed out crosses or crucifixes?

Not really that I can think of…
but St. Helena discovered (found) the true Cross of Christ, and because of her efforts to locate all the sacred places, shrines and pilgrimages came to be. And thus began the practice of wearing a cross or crucifix. People went on pilgrimage to visit these holy places, and desired to bring home a souvenir…a remembrance. And shopkeepers and orders were happy to oblige.
