Any thoughts on what do about this man?

I have been dating a man(2months) who is 47 and never been married. I have two children with an anullment. During the begining of our courtship I asked him how he felt about NFP, he said he was open to it. Just recently he made it very clear he was not open to life. He said he and I are far to old to think about that if we got married. He said the risks are to high for birth defects and it would be a terrible thing to bring a handicapped person into this world. I was speechless because I thought he believed in the churches teaching on this. I explained that it’s not that I want a baby, however, I want to be open to Gods plan, Gods will and Gods gift of life. He does not agree and there is no way of making him see why.

Any thoughts :confused:
