Don’t ask for advice on CAF or any forum on the INTERNET whether or not “something is a sin.” You will get various answers and no one can determine your culpability online.

Ask a priest for guidance and take it to heart and do what the priest suggests of you.

Scrupulosity is a heave burden to carry and may God lessen your load and may you seek spiritual guidance for this issue; NOT the Internet.
