How can people of the Islamic faith explain Catholicism or Christianity in general???
There is nothing wrong with trying to see things from another prospective.
Sometimes to truly understand someone or some thing you have to see it through their eyes.
However, before you do that you need to have a clear understanding where you stand.

Islam teaches Muslims to learn about other faiths. I was a die hard Christian at one point and time as I am a die hard Muslim now. This is how I can explain Christianity/Catholism.
Tell you the truth. I know some non Muslims taht never been Muslims that can explain Islam to Muslims. One being is Karen Armstrong. She wrote a beautiful book on Muhammad. Made best seller I think.

Learning from source given by the Islamic faith???
Or are you taught to learn from sources given by the other faith, and by the Islamic faith??
In other words where and from do the people of the Islamic Faith learn about other faiths/religions???
Okay, so where you a Non-Catholic Christian or a Catholic-Christian???
Before, you switch faiths did you have a clear understanding of what your “faith” taught??
If you were a Catholic-Christian before becoming a Muslim: Did you have a clear understanding of what Non-Catholic Christians taught??? Did you, also, have a clear understanding of Catholicism???
If you were a Non-Catholic Christian before becoming Muslim: Did you have you clear understanding of what Catholic Church taught?? Did you have a clear understanding of what YOUR Non-Catholic Church taught??? Did you have a clear understanding of what other Non-Catholic Churches taught??
So you do know of some non-Islamic people that have taught about Islam.
In your opinion they can do a good job at it. So it’s possible for Non-Islamic people to learn about Islam from Non-Islamic Sources.
However is it possible for Non-Islamic people to learn about Christianity or better yet Catholicism from an Islamic source?? Do you know some Islamic people that have taught about Christianity, namely Catholicism? Can you point to some Islamic sources that would be able to teach me about my Faith, and keep it TRUE to what my Church teaches???

To try to disprove them, or to keep you from questioning your own faith? Doesn’t the Quran say that asking questions makes you lose your faith?Can you explain the Catholic Church as the church teaches, or as some Islamic apologist has taught you?? Can you prove the validity of Islam other than that you believe everything Muhammad said?
