Anyone for Exodus 90?

Hi.

Anyone out there interested in partnering up for Exodus 90?

Please let me know if you are interested, or already part of a group planning to do E90 in the near future.

You might want to explain what Exodus 90 is. Is it a diet plan or a workout?

It’s been discussed on CAF many times previously.

Can’t post links here, so just search Exodus90.

There is a similar programme for women if you’re interested: Nineveh90.

I’ve been on CAF since 2006, and I’ve never read a thread on either of those programs. Believe it not, few people here read every single thread that is started.

If you want people to join you, give at least a basic explanation of what you’re inviting people to join. Don’t think that we’re going to Google every program someone mentions – ain’t nobody got time for that. 👵🚬

Nobody in this thread has heard of it and yet despite asking what it is you don’t have the courtesy to tell us.
 
I have seen threads in CAF about Exodus 90 but they usually pop up before Lent. It seems this program is followed by most of the participants in the 90 days before Easter (like it was a ‘super Lent’).

Pretty rude telling us to search and find out what it is. The onus is on you to tell us what it is or at the very least give us the links.

You’re right, yes. I actually did it this Lent - Jan 13th to April 12th, but you can start at any time, and I’m ready to go again.

Would you be up for it?

@Montrose new users are not allowed to post links for a bit as per forum rule.

@Dair I am a woman. Maybe you could see if posters in previous threads about exodus90 are interested in joining you. Maybe you could contact exodus90 website and see if they can pair you up with somebody. If you are not in a rush you may have better luck waiting until Lent is approaching so that the chances to find somebody following the program are much higher.
