Anyone help identify a piece of music

We are looking for some choral music for our wedding. As the wedding will be in the Easter season, we want a joyful setting of the Regina Coeli as our recessional. This piece is really nice, but I can’t identify it:

Can anyone suggest the name of a composer?

Also, any other suggestions for appropriate choral music for a wedding Mass would be much appreciated.
 
This is a ancient hymn. I don’t know that there is composer to attribute this song to. Contact your parish music director and they should be able to point you to a good arrangement.
