Which Holy Cross College? There are a couple of them, I think. Not that I can tell you about any of them

If it’s a Jesuit school, then it has nothing to do with the Congregation of the Holy Cross or Notre Dame, if that’s what you were insinuating…

I don’t think that the OP was suggesting that Holy Cross was run by The order that runs ND. I think he was referring to the heterodoxy that seems to be running rampant at ND, eg, previously allowing The Vagina Monologues** and the current upset about the President giving the commencement address and receiving an honorary degree.
OP, no suggestions about Holy Cross. However, the Jesuits are either REALLY good or REALLY bad.

Aside from the fierce rivalry that used to exist between Boston College and Holy Cross, my main connection to the school is a longtime friend and college roommate of my husband, who is on the Philosophy faculty there. He is a Jesuit with an M.D. and a Ph.D. whose numerous publications deal with, by and large, medical ethics. He is brilliant, with eminent common sense. If he is at all representative, then I think things at Holy Cross are OK.
