Anyone tried online Catholic courses like Word on Fire Institute or NSTI?

Has anyone tried Catholic courses like the ones from the Word on Fire Institute or the New Saint Thomas Institute?

If so, are they good? Worth the money?
 
I’ve enjoyed several webinars from this group and am currently eagerly anticipating an early history sequence which begins later in January. The courses have been free; donations are welcomed.
