This weekend I am going to see Dr. Scott Hahn, who is speaking at a nearby school. I happened to come across this by accident, and was fortunate to get a ticket to go. I started searching for other speakers that would be in my area, and came across Patrick Madrid, who is going to be in my general area, in September.

I was wondering if anyone knew, how to get on a email list, or some webpage, that would be able to show where these apologists may be speaking at. I want to be informed ahead of time, so that I may be able to get tickets or information to go see them.

Peace! :gopray:

Do you have a local Catholic radio station? I know that ‘relevant radio’ has local stations near here that announce all sorts of local events. It’s how I usually keep up to date with what is going on at local parishes. That and our bulletin always has information from local churches (Catholic and other denominations) for luncheons, speakers, etc.

Unfortunately, we have only one Catholic radio station, Radio Maria, and most of what they talk about is national not local. I try to keep up on our Diocese website for different events, however, I have noticed that some events are outside our Diocese.

Thanks for those links! I will keep them handy and check weekly to see if any are coming to the area. I know that Scott Hahn will be an hour away this Saturday, and I have a ticket to go see him. Just wonder if any of the other speakers from CA will be in this area. Would love to see Matthew Fradd, Tim Staples, Jimmy Akin, and Patrick Coffin to name a few! 😃

Thanks again!

Peace! :gopray:

When you find any events, please post on this thread. I too am from PA and have been looking for speaking events, particularly to hear Tim Staples. Thanks!
