Apologizing to the Pope

I apologize for not trusting the Holy Spirit and the charism of the Holy Father. I am sorry for condemning and attacking him. I repent of causing divisiveness within the Church. It’s only recently that I’ve realized how terrible I’ve been.

Anyone got similar experiences of going too “trad”?

I was kinda.
For example some people reject the Luminous Mysteries. I didn’t pray them for a while, but I no longer reject them.
For anyone who has the problem with the Luminous Mysteries, a youtuber, Gabi from the channel gabi after hours explains them in this video:


He talks about this topic around 49 minute.

No, we are to have complete obedience and be submissive. That is being Catholic.

It is not important how you start but how you finish. God is merciful if you ask for forgiveness from the heart.
 
I definitely sympathize. While everything in my life keeps me from becoming “too trad,” I’ve definitely been pulled in that direction many times. I think it’s easy to feel that pull when most of Catholic media on the web is trad-oriented.

You’ve just gotta pray for humility and try to expose yourself to alternative media.
 
It looks like Pope Francis makes slow, prayerful, very well thought out, and extremely well discussed decisions and changes. Certainly he is not making radical changes or quick changes. This is good!

With that being said, I think it is very likely he will continue to discuss changes and reforms and make them slowly and carefully. I don’t think he is done yet…I hope he is not done yet!
