I would like to do some research into the Catholic Postion of Apostolic Succession, Could anyone refer to me any good books?

For a look at the concept of “Apostolic Succession” from the evangelical perpective, please read:

Folks, Dr. Mizzi’s website is virulently anti-Catholic and is designed to attempt to evangelize our fellow Catholics away from the Church.

Furthermore, I find it interesting that Dr. Mizzi claims that his website reflects “the concept of ‘Apostolic Succession’ from the evangelical perspective.” My experience with evangelicalism produced no single evangelical perspective on any topic, let alone Apostolic Succession. At best, it reflects an evangelical perspective.

Thanks for the “heads-up!”, dj. 👍

I hardly think Jesus’ Real Church needs reforming.

In Protestantism, they just keep on reforming and splintering. An RCIA instructor of mine told me that 700 new churches were registered claiming to be “the real church of Christ.” That is the major fallacies of Protestantism.

If you disagree with your pastors views, you make up your own church. I have read many conversion stories from Ex-Protestant ministers who resign their position for the mere fact that their senior pastor wanted to use church money for abortion and support Planned Parenthood. He disagreed and started to investigate which Church truly professes to be the Truth Church. That Protestant minister who disagree on supporting Plan Parenthood now converted to Catholicism. Praise be Jesus Christ.

The major problem with Protestantism, is that it is inconsistent. In the 1930, all Protestant denomination sided with the Vatican condemning the use of contraception. These days, many Protestant churches now allow it. The CC is the only who remains consistent.
