Apparitions of Jesus as Child. Does it makes sense?

No. Mary did not have the beatific vision prior to her death, and even now, she does not have general knowledge of the future.
 
He is Jesus and it does not change even after the resurrection. Yes, he is a King in heaven but if he wants to remind us that he came into the world as human, even a baby, it is up to him. Sometimes this knowledge can spur our belief into greater height as different people is edified in different ways.
