I am applying to a variety of Catholic colleges in order to help grow in my educational life and spiritual life, but a thought just occurred to me. Will any of these schools treat my application differently because my parents are divorced?
One school in particular, which is at the top of my list, is known for their unity with the Magisterium of the Church. The professors (and admission staff I suspect) have the same traditional beliefs as the student body. The school does not accept government aid, which gives them more protections to decide who they will accept into the school.
I am not my parents. Most of the time, I am the one bringing each of them to Church rather than the other way around. Thanks for reading, and I can provide additional details if needed.
