Yes, but I both think we can agree Karl Rahner and St. Pius X are not of the same mold Doctrinally, as most are quick to see the modernism of one Karl Rahner.

Yes, but Doctrinally, he was very much the conservative, something once again, Karl Rahner is definitely not.

True, but I highly doubt he’d give in to the ambigious language that has so plagued the post-Vatican II Church. You can call it speculative, and it is, but I’ll still stand by that.
Two points:
  1. Exactly why is Karl Rahner relevant to this?I don’t recall citing him.
  2. Where is the proof he is a Modernist? If you don’t have it, this is slander on your part.
Not everyone who uses different concepts are Modernists. As pnewton has pointed out, the word seems to be thrown about to be synonymous with liberal. However, Pascendi described a Modernism rather different than what Rahner has taught

Far too many use the term when they really mean “I don’t like him.”

Well, you and JReducation were the ones who lumped in St. Pius X, St. Thomas Aquinas, St. Alphonsus Ligouri, St. Francis, etc. with Karl Rahner. Are you kidding me? Come on.

“Anonymous Christian” anyone? You think I’m the first to criticize and question some of his theology?:

So you think Karl Rahner’s theology jives with that of St. Pius X and Bl. Pius IX? That’s a big stretch. However, I’ll let Karl Rahner go with this post, as it is off topic. However, I wasn’t the one who originally brought this up.
