I have 3 questions regarding Communion in a non-Catholic church and recognition of a non-Catholic wedding.

My son (Catholic) is marrying the daughter of a minister in a Lutheran church ceremony and we are wondering about whether or not we (also Catholic), or our son, are allowed to receive their communion.

Secondly, will my son still be allowed to receive the sacraments after his marriage? Is there anything that can be done during the ceremony for the church to recognize his marriage or will they have to repeat their vows later in a Catholic ceremony?

Thanks for your help.
