I think what you are describing is much more similar to what might be called “liberal” and “traditional” factions within Anglicanism, or perhaps even “orthodox” and “heterodox”.
It isn’t really related to high and low church practices, and there are traditionalist and liberal high churches and low churches. In fact liberal high church parishes are quite common.
As well, there are Anglicans that prefer the newer style liturgy (like the OF) and those that prefer the older liturgy (more like the EF minus the Latin). That can also dovetail with these other differences.
But it is important to remember that we are talking about a fairly small window of time that these very liberal groups have existed. It may well be that they will soon (in church-time) remove themselves right out of Anglicanism.
