Yes, in fact Methodists are one of them and we substitute Grape Juice in communion
I live in a part of Texas that is full of teetotalling denominations so many that in fact my town just passed a law making beer and wine (not liquor) legal for the first time in county history. The small Parish and the tiny Lutheran churches are the only ones that DON’T use grape juice.

Its kind of odd right? Its been wine for so long yet now people use grape juice, quite frankly im scared of when I do join the Catholic church that ill be arrested at communion for underage drinking

Are you kidding or just being sarcastic? For one thing, very few parishes in the US offer the Laity Communion in both forms. In most cases, only the priest drinks the wine/Blood of Christ. In the few parishes that offer Communion in both forms, the Host in Intincted, that is dipped into the Consecrated Wine. In reality there is only about a drop of Wine on the Host. Where the actual Chalice of Wine is offered to the Laity, one only moistens their lips with it.
Lastly, since this is a Sacrament, no civil authority would dare to interfere by claiming that taking Wine during Holy Communion violates underage drinking laws. There is such a thing as separation of Church and State in our Constitution.

I drink alot of caffeine(not addicted) and wondered if this is sinful, its not an addiction at all but I started to question if it is “ok” to have my morning coffee/ evening pepsi
It’s wrong to abuse anything, legal or not, especially if it has a harmful effect on our health. Your level of consumption doesn’t appear to rise to that level. God wants us to be happy and to look after our health. He doesn’t want us to be obsessed by scruples. Moderation is best in ALL things - except love of God.
