Are metal bands satanic?

I really want to know since this is a genre of music I quite like :confused:
 
“Metal” bands are simply a genre or style of music. A genre or style of music is not anything, its the individuals who are something. If the message of the particular band or song is against the faith that is the issue, not what tempo the message is played/sung in.

There are explicitly Christian “metal bands”:
