I was listening to one of Taylor Marshall’s videos on youtube and he said that all priest are required to learn Thomistic theology according to canon law. Does anyone know where or how I can find this particular code of canon law.

You will find it in the Code of Canon Law, Canon 252, par. 3:

§3. There are to be classes in dogmatic theology, always grounded in the written word of God together with sacred tradition; through these, students are to learn to penetrate more intimately the mysteries of salvation, especially with St. Thomas as a teacher. There are also to be classes in moral and pastoral theology, canon law, liturgy, ecclesiastical history, and other auxiliary and special disciplines, according to the norm of the prescripts of the program of priestly formation.

St Thomas of Aquinas is one of the most important theologians and also Doctor in the Catholic Church. His written works are extensive and I would say that it is impossible to study Theology without hearing his name or reading something that he has written or commented on.
