Are priests allowed to drink alcohol?

Well there’s a difference between having a drink or two and outright drunkenness, which is a mortal sin…so I’d hope he’d avoid being too drunk to drive.
 
And there is a difference between too much alcohol to drive and “drunk” . . . the former is a far lower amount . . .
