Are Seventh Day Adventists confused about the Ten Commandments?

Can you tell me what you think of this 7th Day Adventists confusion and why they don’t see how their church was based on a foundation of lies and when the world didn’t end they just went on? Why do they think the church was started almost 1900 years after Christs death and even repeatedly say the bible says Jesus’s church would not start until later and completely discount Peter being given the keys to the kingdom as the first pope

they just seem sooo brainwashed with confusion and made up lies about Catholics specifically even calling on other religions telling them they are Catholic if the celebrate sabbath on Sunday
