I was browsing the USCCB web site but I could not find any information at all. My first guess would be that they are not, but it is just a guess. In the web site the Eastern Catholic Bishops are listed among the Bishops for each state but that does not imply participation to the USCCB.

Yes, they are. I also believe there is a “caucus” or some such thing for Eastern and Oriental bishops within the USCCB.

Yes, all active Eastern Catholic bishops (including co-adjutors and auxiliaries) and those already retired are members of the USCCB.

Geographically, Catholic bishops in the U.S, Virgin Islands are also members but not those bishops from other U.S. terrritories like Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Island, and American Samoa, which belong to their own geographical conferences.

I think there used to be 14 Regions of the USCCB and Eastern Catholic bishops belonged to the regional grouping where their eparchy was actually located. Currently, Eastern Catholic Bishops are grouped as Region 15 of the USCCB, which encompasses the entire United States and the U.S. Virgin Islands. As malphono said, Eastern Catholic bishops are now grouped as some sort of a “caucus,” for them. perhaps, to be able to concentrate more fully on the pastoral problems confronting Eastern Catholics in the U.S.
