Are the end times just around the corner? Are you prepared for them?

I have no idea when the world will end… I think we should live as if it’s soon, just in case because even if it’s not soon, none of us know when we’ll die either.

About the St Gemma prophesy, I’ll have to look more into that. I know that in the Bible it says that no one knows the hour. But maybe some people have predicted the general “time”. I don’t know also we should keep in mind that not all revelations to the Saints are perfectly correct, because they’re not infallible. Only the Scriptures and Holy Tradition are infallible.

because people are getting weary sick and tired of of the world the way it is going and becoming. We all want to see our lord. How many more babies must be slaughtered?? How many before Jesus comes. Look what the highly Catholic states voted for?? we have taken a huge backward step fighting abortion!!! FOCA is coming unless we wake up and deal with it instead of our heads being in the sand whistling past the grave yard as more laws are passed helping the slaughter of innocent God given gifts!!! The only worse sin is sinning against God himself which is happening all the time. Yes it is about time Jesus takes over the world and start cleaning house. I am for the military and we need to defend ourselves and the helpless. But the ONLY!!! way war will end is when Jesus comes. No anti war lovey dovey song or prostest or anything will end wars!! nothing but Jesus himself. How many more people must DIE!!! before he comes??? that is why most people are looking up for our lord. Scoob.

Awake,

the world as it is not is NOT what God created it to be
it’s a fallen world.
Jesus will come again to restore it to make it perfect, to unite it to the Father, to make it what it’s supposed to be.

What God made IS good. Nature is good…friendship…family…ETC.

Evil and sin are not good, I’m sure you’d agree. But God did not make evil and sin. We did (and the devil).
So saying that this world sucks **because of all the evil **is not wrong. God is very much against evil too.

I think that Jesus just said that we can’t know the exact hour of His coming. But obviously when we’ll see the signs of the Last Times, then we’ll know that it’s sometime soon. I mean… I heard that before His Second Coming, we’ll all see a cross in the sky. So at that point, we’ll KNOW it’s happening. We just don’t know the exact hour.

Personally, I think it’s VERY wise to be prepared because even if the Second Coming will happen in a thousand years, as I said in my other post we don’t know when we’ll die and be judged by God. It’s especially important to go to Confession regularly.

It’s interesting how it says, there will be offered an apparent solution to people’s problems at the price of apostasy from the truth… so probably the anti christ will be doing a lot of so called “good” in the world, but would really be evil. It’s sad that many people would be deceived by that

btw, lol, when I first read that I thought of Obama. I’m not saying he’s THE anti christ or anything. But…think about it… he is offering “solutions” to poverty, ETC, and being basically worshipped by millions of people, all the while only a few are looking at his stance on abortion…

The Church has to stand up and say directly what is wrong
or not. She has to say that sex outside marriage is a sin.
The Church has to stand up against politicians when the
latter pass unsocial laws. She has to support citizens when
the latter are burdened by unjust laws. If the Church of Christ
does not remain dynamic like her Founder she will suffer the
consequences and in the coming days will be brought down to her knees.
This is the picture of the our world. Is our Lord happy with
our daily actions?. Do we attend Mass at least once a week.
Do we recite the daily rosary? Are our families together at
the end of the day? How many parents are faithful to each
other.? Why teenagers practise sex at the age of fourteen?
Why people get rich quickly in a matter of a few years?

I totally agree and that is the best way I have seen how I feel put in words. I am not the only one that can see what is happening. I think the second coming is LONG LONG LONG overdue. I hope he comes now. Scoob.
