Are the same benefits received visiting the Blessed Sacrament in the tabernacle and during Exposition?

I have heard on Catholic Answers many times that two of the best things to do is receive Christ in the Holy Eucharist and spend time in addoration. My church only offers exposition of the Blessed Sacrament for 30 minutes per week. Are the benefits of spending time with the Blessed Sacrament the same whether It is exposed or in the tabernacle?

Hi,

The reality of the Eucharistic presence of Jesus is the same whether one can see the host or not. It is the presence of Jesus that we cherish. I spend at least an hour before the tabernacle daily. I seldom spend time before the exposed Eucharist because such is not feasible.
