Are there any conditions on God's unconditional love?

Is God’s *unconditional *love true or false, real or wishful thinking? What is the definition of it, if it exist. Are there any conditions to it? Is there any official use of it? All information you provide will we appreciated.

Hi,

That God loves us unconditionally means that He loves us even when we don’t love Him. “…but what proves that God loves us is that Christ died for us while we were still sinners.” Romans 5:8

This doesn’t mean, therefore, that we can then live a life of sin. His love for us doesn’t take away our freedom to sin and do ourselves much harm.
