Are there catechism references for Noah and his covenant?

Unfortunately many Catholics see Noah, Adam and Eve as mythological. Obviously it is essential that they existed according to the catechism and sacred scripture.

You seem to say that as if it’s a bad thing. 😉

If ‘many Catholics’ see Adam and Eve as mythological, then are you saying that they think there were no first humans? That would seem to be somewhat problematic, eh?

Or, is it possible that ‘mythological’ means something, in this context, quite different from what you’re thinking it means…? 😉
