Are there conversations in heaven?

i don’t mean this to sound silly or cynical. do you think that the saints, angels, and God and Christ and Mary and so on have conversations? i wonder what they talk about? the sin of man? i know the Bible says that there is singing night and day, but i wonder, are there any conversations beside praying? like what we have here on earth? i wonder if God talks about the universe? or us, or what have you? i think this is hard to understand from a human perspective. i love the heavenly Father! i wonder what He talks about? do you think He talks with Jesus all the time? And Mary? i wonder what she talks about? how about the Holy Ghost? 🙂 do you think they have conversations with the saints? the angels? imagine singing to God in heaven! imagine praising Him in heaven night and day!!! wow!!
 
I sure hope we are able to share our experiences. Very few people have had the time or patience to hear my testimony. And likewise, I haven’t heard other people’s stories.

So in heaven, please Lord, give us some ability to honor and praise you through some ability to share our stories with each other. And obviously, one of the biggest things I pray for is to be able to go to heaven so I can share my stories and hear others’ stories.
 
While we are stuck here we have a loving conversation with God and this is called prayer. In Heaven conversing with God is still called prayer, but the conversation we have in heaven is much fuller than the conversation we have here. There are some souls that converse with God day and night this side of life and they do it as if they are talking with someone sat next to them only closer, that is not true for all people, these people are very close to God this side of life and contemplate Him. They didn’t do anything to earn this gift, it is afterall a gift and they are gifted with this gift and most often they have come from humble and poor beginnings and have nothing really of note about them and may seem even something to be sneered and shunned.

People converse with God deeply this side of life and even deeper the otherside of life in Heaven.

God is your friend, your Master and your Lover and you are His friend, His servant and His beloved. Go to Him simply and converse with Him as such without any special way but observance of simplicity and humility.

When a sinner turns his life around the Angels sing with great joy ! If there is song, there must be communication. Joy is an expression. It’s not a stretch to believe conversations are routine in the afterlife. Not to me anyway.
 
Yes, there are conversations.

But no internet forums.
And definitely no text messaging.
 
I wonder how billions of people talk to each other in eternity. Could it be like in a borg collective?😃

Thank the Lord for that! Well, the text messaging part, anyways! I’ll kinda miss CAF, though.

At some moment, when one prays and finds himself so happy, he doesn’t want to stop. It is not like he could hear God whisper in his ears; God seems to be so silent. He keeps on praying and smiling, praying and smiling.

He can’t seem to imagine what it will be like when he can hear God’s Voice in person.
 
I have a funny take on this. I know the “chains that bind us” on earth will be loosed, but I am such a shy, social phobic that occasionally for a milli-second I sometimes think that there will be too many people and I won’t have any place to hide anymore. Sometimes when I pray and I think I’m not A-plus worthy, I think of the many mansions Jesus mentioned and I tell him I know I don’t deserve as much as others so I’d be fine with a little tee-pee but then I think this thought is not genuine because the little tee-pee could only hold me and I’d like the peace and quiet without having to do too much eternal hobnobbing;)

Reminds me of a Yogi Berra quote: “You can’t even carry on a conversation here…too many people talking.”
