Are there levels of heaven?

I was just wondering what the Catholic Teaching is on levels of heaven? Is there any? I’ve heard what St. Teresa said about different glasses being “full”, but is that just one saint’s speculation? Where are the cold hard Church teachings?

“The degree of perfection of the beatific vision granted to the just is proportioned to each one’s merits.” This is a dogma of the faith. In his book Fundamentals of Catholic Dogma Ludwig Ott explains, “The Decretum pro Graecis of the Union Council of Florence (1439) declared: The souls of the perfectly just ‘clearly behold the Triune and One God as He is, but corresponding to the difference of their merits, the one more perfectly than the other’” (p. 439).

Here is Scriptural evidence for this teaching:
“In my Father’s house are many rooms” (Jn 14:2).
“[The Son of man] will repay every man for what he has done” (Mt 16:27).
“[E]ach shall receive his wages according to his labor” (1 Cor 3:8).
“[H]e who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully” (2 Cor 9:6).
