If there are not, how do we get the first or one day, second, third and the other days in Genesis chapter one?

There are no digits.
There are words for the low natural integers, as you might expect. It is also possible to use letters to represent numbers, aleph is one and also a thousand, bet is two, yodh ten, and so forth. The word “aleph” also means both “ox” and “a thousand”.
