Title says it all, I was wondering if some Bishops may have disciplines in place.

You have asked a lot of questions about fasting and abstinence, and this seems to be a significant trigger of your scrupulosity. Seek offline help. I have advised you to do so several times.

It may be. I was just wondering because I read on Quora that bishops can/might put disciplines in place I think. So I was just wondering if that was the case, as I couldn’t find anything on my diocese website.

You really need to stop reading on Quora and get actual help for your scruples, and read good catechetical resources for these kinds of questions. The opinions of random strangers on the internet are just going to confuse you further.

That is true. I was just searching some things, regarding alcohol on Fridays. The article also had something to do with it being Lent, which is not applicable as of now.

I haven’t been practicing very long, would a bishop not allow alcohol on Fridays? (outside of Lent)

I’ve never heard of any bishop not allowing alcohol on Fridays. I think it’s safe to say you are good having your beer. 🍺
