Hi, Intellectual work does not constitute manual labor and is therefore allowed on Sunday. Many a religious sister has corrected papers and made lesson plans on Sundays! Fr. Vincent Serpa, O.P.

Hi, The prohibition concerns manual labor. Mental work (including homework) is not manual work and is therefore allowed. Nice try, though. Fr. Vincent Serpa, O.P.
