Are we excused from our obligation to attend Sunday Mass while traveling?

My wife and I travel by guided bus tours, ship cruises, etc. Most occur over a Sunday and do not afford the means to attend Mass. Would we therefore be excused from our obligation to attend Sunday Mass. Ken
