Are we required to keep the Sabbath holy?

I have been wondering if, since we are still bound by the commandments given to Moses in Exodus 20, are we still required to remember His Sabbath and keep It holy?

And if so, what exactly does this require us to do between sundown Friday and sundown Saturday?
